Mission- It’s my enthusiastic mission to share the power of running by providing information to help every level from the novice to the elite runner become empowered to run stronger, longer, faster and HAPPIER.
Motivation -We all go through periods where we need a psychological boost to get to the next level, or to get in that early morning workout. Providing motivation as well as inspiration is part of the Mpowered running mission.
